Tools
One profile that follows you — and tools that put it to work.
Your documents become one organized profile. You share it with the people helping you. And the tools built on it take on the repetitive, error-prone work, so you can spend your energy where it matters.
Roadmap
What’s available, what’s opening, and what’s planned.
Every tool, in one place. The status tag on each line shows where it stands today.
| Tool | What it does | Status |

| One organized profile you control and can share. Upload any document: medical, benefits, and more. | Launching this week | |
| A free public library of published research data. | Opening later this month | |
| Appointment summaries by specialty, automated forms, and one place for everyone supporting a case. Versions for caregivers, attorneys, service providers, and more. | Coming later this year | |
| Check-ins for new and ongoing medications, tailored to the medication and your profile. The people you choose are told if something is wrong, and what to do. | Planned | |
| A dashboard for your circle and, if you choose, local first responders: who might need support, with lead time, and how to help. | Planned | |
| Self-advocacy coaching, to help keep small hurdles from becoming a crisis. | Coming soon | |
| Red flags we see in a profile, and what to be aware of, sent to you. Including whether someone helping you is accredited. | Planned | |
| For professionals who work with more than one profile every day: for example, an attorney dashboard. Nothing changes for the person being helped. | Planned | |
| Export case notes, connect your internal setup to the BT22 tools, and on-premise options. | Planned | |
| Share what you choose with responders, in case a crisis does happen. | Planned | |
| Record your wishes, choose who inherits access to your profile after your death, and give your family a guided path with the evidence already organized. | Planned | |
| De-identified findings by area for Congress and other oversight bodies. | Planned | |
| Connect directly to your medical records so your profile stays current. | Planned | |
| Changes depending on who is using it and their occupational exposures. | In development | |

Universal Case Manager
So nothing gets missed — and no one repeats the same thing over and over.
The Universal Case Manager puts your profile to work: automated forms, appointment summaries by specialty, and one place for everyone supporting an individual or a family. Especially for veterans experiencing homelessness, who may need to jump between several disconnected services. There’s a version for caregivers, attorneys, service providers, and more.

Medication Safety & BT22 Live
Safer starts on a new medication.
Some medications carry boxed warnings about serious risks, including suicidal thoughts. Medication Safety is planned to turn those warnings into check-ins, a circle of people who are told when something is wrong, and a plan everyone can follow. BT22 Live shows your circle — and, if you choose, local first responders — who might need support, early.

Pocket Advocate · Coming soon
Self-advocacy, in your pocket.
Operational hurdles — the calls, the forms, the appointments, the appeals — are where people get worn down. The Pocket Advocate will teach self-advocacy inside the app, step by step, so you know what to do next.
The goal is to help keep small hurdles from escalating into a crisis. The Pocket Advocate is not a crisis service. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988, then press 1.
Responder Access & Legacy Access
Prepared for the worst day — and for what comes after.
A future version of the BT22 Profile will let you choose to share part of your profile with law enforcement and other responders. If you ever reach a crisis, they can pull it up and know what’s going on and what steps help — whatever you felt comfortable sharing.
And if someone dies, Legacy Access gives the person they named a guided path — what to do, who to contact, and the evidence already organized — so their family doesn’t have to guess.

What this is not
Support tools, not a service.
Our forms and tools are voluntary organization and self-advocacy supports. They are not:
- A medical diagnosis or clinical evaluation
- A legal service
- A VA or DoD claim
- An emergency or crisis service
If this is a medical emergency
Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. If you’re in crisis, call or text 988, then press 1.
Ready when you are. Start with a free screener or the BT22 Profile, or contact us if you’re not sure which step fits.
