For professionals

For attorneys, benefits VSOs, case workers, and agencies.

Work from an organized picture the person has chosen to share, with sources linked, and keep your own team’s tools separate from how you work with them.

Who works from a shared profile

The people helping you start from what’s already documented.

When a person chooses to share their BT22 Profile with you, you can work from an organized picture instead of starting from zero.

Attorneys

An organized record to review, with sources linked.

Benefits VSOs

The history behind a claim, in one place.

Homeless-services case workers

Context that follows a veteran from one service to the next.

Caregivers & family

Everyone supporting you, working from the same picture.

What it costs you

Free to work from what’s shared.

Working in the Universal Case Manager is free for whatever an individual or family decides to share with you. It has a version for each role, from caregivers to attorneys to service providers.

For organizations · Planned

Advanced tools for your team. Nothing changes for the person you’re helping.

Attorneys, benefits VSOs, case workers, and agencies that use the Universal Case Manager will be able to subscribe to advanced tools that improve how their own organization works internally.

If you work with more than one BT22 profile every day, you can get access to expanded internal tools that fit your use case.

Those tools stay on your side. They don’t change how you interact with the person whose BT22 Profile you’re working in: what they see, what they’ve chosen to share with you, and the control they have over their profile are the same with or without a subscription.

Expanded toolsPlanned

Attorneys

A top-level dashboard to see everyone you’re currently working with.

Service providers & case workers

Intake case notes you can export to your own system. For example, a homeless-services case manager can take notes as they work, then bring them into the system the organization already uses.

Free for people, subscriptions for organizations

Individuals and families never pay. Organization subscriptions are one of the ways we fund the work. Pricing and details will be posted before anything launches. How we’re funded.

Connect to your systems · Planned

Keep your own systems. Connect them to ours.

System connections and on-premise optionsPlanned

Case notes you take in the Universal Case Manager can be exported to your own system.

If you’d rather connect your internal setup to the BT22 tools, contact us. On-premise options are planned for organizations that need to keep everything on their own internal server.
